[Image taken 4.5.21] Toft Green, York. City of York Council fleet of cycles staff can use. They are distinctive, upright, open framed and the panniers look capacious. They look like ‘York’ cycles – wider than the no luggage, no enhancements designs depicted in the media as commuting machines. However, the permanent panniers mean they take up more space between Sheffields, even when empty. Supporting my belief 120cm should be the standard minimum width for cycle parking.
